Memento Vivi is a graphic and web design studio located on Curacao, founded by Irèn Nooren in January 2003. Besides graphic design, it focuses on publishing souvenirs of Curacao. With its postcards, calendars, books, t-shirts and online magazine Cpost, Memento Vivi would like to invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful island of Curacao.
The Latin recommendation Memento Vivi {remember life} goes back to the beginning of the Renaissance {1500 – 1600}. It is inextricably bound up with the more familiar phrase Memento Mori {remember death}. Both Memento Mori as well as Memento Vivi reminds us of the mortality of mankind; at the same time it is invitation to live life to the fullest.
